2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use this personal information strictly to:

Respond to B2B corporate enquiries and process contract applications.

Carry out HMG BPSS, Aviation Airside Pass, and Healthcare workforce compliance checks.

Compile formal, audit-ready Annex B Verification Records on behalf of our corporate clients.

Meet strict UK Cabinet Office, CAA, and Home Office legal and regulatory onboarding standards.

4.2 Data is shared strictly where necessary to fulfill our service obligations, including submitting background records to Disclosure Scotland and transferring finalized Vetting Packs to your prospective employer’s designated Security Controller.

4.3 All data is stored within secure, encrypted Microsoft 365 SharePoint environments utilizing UK-based cloud data residency and multi-factor authentication.

We enforce view-only, password-protected download restrictions when transferring completed files to clients.

5. DATA RETENTION CYCLES

To satisfy public sector framework auditing and Civil Aviation Authority compliance baselines, Clear Check Compliance Ltd retains completed vetting files for a rolling period of 5 years from the completion date, after which files are permanently and securely deleted.
